Proud NMSU Aggie, she’s a recently diagnosed ADHD warrior who uses her energetic, detail-oriented mind as a superpower, helping busy professionals turn overwhelming spaces into peaceful, manageable systems. On her days off, she can be found at local gems like Andeles and Grounded, running errands with Dutch Bros in hand or dancing her heart out at Zumba.

When she’s not organizing, she’s likely cuddling her quirky pets—two hairless cats, Dobby and Borris, and her loyal pug, Dwayne.

Her highly organized, thoughtful approach makes her a steady guide for clients seeking systems that truly work. Monica started by helping family and friends organize their homes and garages—and now she brings that same heart and precision to every client.

Melissa is married to the man of her dreams and is a blessed mother of 6. You can often find her behind the camera doing her first love, photography—and she is the awesome photographer for this site. As she enters the phase of fewer little feet running around at home, Gym and Zumba have become life. She has brought this amazing upbeat energy to the team. She also is blessed with the gift of ADHD and knows first hand the struggle to find order in the home and finds fulfillment in bringing that same peace to others. She loves traveling, hot air ballooning and growing plants for fun. She loves to serve the community hand in hand with her church.
